• Ownership of complex financial programs, driving end to end program life cycle management, including: business requirement creation, scoping, scheduling, budgeting, communication plan, risk management, execution, and roll-out 
• Leverage empirical data analysis and business domain acumen to provide actionable insights, drive business strategy, and ensure alignment for product requirements
• Manage and forge strong relationships with management-level stakeholders and clients and work with the Product team to translate business requirements into product features and deliverables
• Able to leverage diverse stakeholders and act as the inter-departmental connective tissue to ensure programmatic success
• Measure, track, and report programmatic performance, specifically to ensure the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Identify and resolve issues with an eye toward the business and ensure that programs are delivered on-time, within scope and with high quality
• Creation and maintenance of ‘source of truth’ documentation and artifact creation that is utilized by multiple teams
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the efficient execution of projects

• 4+ years experience working in the PMO environment as a PgM / PM / BA
• 2+ years of experience working with blockchain, digital currencies, DeFi instruments, or Web3
• Proven team player and collaborative work ethic with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A command of PM methodology/ processes/ tools / Agile/ Waterfall
• Proactive in navigating complexity independently, identifying and resolving issues effectively, and driving diverse teams to milestone completion
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively distill complexity for various stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and technical skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision
• Ability to lead and chair meetings effectively, and be programmatically accountable to senior management

• Institutional experience regarding cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, banking services / infrastructure 
• Qualification in any of the following would serve as an advantage: PMP/ Prince2 / Scrum Master/ Lean / other PM certification
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or other equivalent project management tools
• Work Experience in a Tech environment / Change Management
• Specific expertise around custody, DI/LEI, DeFi and capital markets
• Experience with establishing joint ventures and GTM strategies
• Understanding of Japan’s institutional banking landscape 

• Work hour: 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (off-peak commuting allowed)
• Holiday: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), Japanese national holidays, new year’s holiday
• Allowance: commute fee, midnight OT
