Main responsibilities

  • End to end project life cycle management including business requirement finalization, scoping, scheduling, budgeting, stabling communication plan, risk management, project execution, quality assurance, roll-out 
  • Identify and resolve project issues with an eye toward the business
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Contribute feedback/ ideas & suggestions to the PMO

Minimum qualifications

  • 3+ years experience working in the Project Environment as PM / BA.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to ensure that the message is understood, and documented.
  • Quickly understand program requirements and turn them into milestones, and deliverables that can be conveyed to team members 
  • Track the progress of initiatives, identify potential blockers, and surface issues to other stakeholders and management
  • Effectively report progress and other performance metrics to all stakeholders so they are able to grasp the real status of the initiative
  • Ability to create relevant presentations, memos, follow-up actions, and other documentation for team members 
  • Proven team player and collaborative work ethic.
  • An understanding of/ experience in using PM methodology/ processes/ tools / Agile/ Waterfall.
  • Ability to chair meetings and create presentations to management.
  • Ability to navigate complexity independently, identify and resolve issues proactively, and escalate appropriately. 
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to details, and technicalities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

The Following are strongly advantageous

  • Knowledge and experience about cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, banking services / infrastructure 
  • Qualification in any of the following would serve as an advantage: PMP/ Prince2 / Scrum Master/ Lean / other PM certification.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or other equivalent project management tools
  • Work Experience in a Tech environment / Change Management.
  • Specific expertise around custody, DI/LEI, DeFi and capital markets.

Working environment, benefit and welfare

  • Work hour: 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (off-peak commuting allowed)
  • Holiday: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), Japanese national holidays, new year’s holiday
  • Allowance: commute fee, midnight OT
